Therapy
Telehealth therapy provides remote mental health counseling through video, phone, or messaging. It's accessible and convenient, just as effective as in-person, and great for those who have difficulty attending appointments.
My Approach
In my counseling services, I use a combination of evidence-based CBT skills, humor, warmth, and directness to help clients achieve their goals. I also utilize a humanistic and psychodynamic approach to explore underlying issues and patterns. My eclectic approach allows me to tailor my techniques to each client's unique needs and preferences.
